Energy is the foundation of human survival and development.As the most populous nation in the world,our country has a great demand for energy resource,especially the petroleum and natural gas.According to the survey results,more than 60% of the petroleum and natural gas reserves in a deep region of the sea.However,study on this field of our country is just starting out,a great deal of subsea production equipments should be developed.Subsea control module(SCM),the control central part of the subsea production system,plays a non-substitutive role in the subsea production process.Once it malfunctions in the subsea,the SCM would be difficult to be serviced,and the cost would be expensive.To ensure safe and reliable work of the SCM after its launching,shore trial is necessary.This subject focus on developing a series of testing equipments for SCM,and this device should include five sections.That are SCM test stand,hydraulic power supply unit(HPU),electronic test unit,signal generating device and valve actuator simulator(VAS).According to the requirement of project,the following works should be done in this paper:Firstly,through studying the principle of SCM,hydraulic system and construction design of the SCM test stand should be completed,and analyze the design by ANSYS to ensure the feasibility of the design in theory.The design of the HPU should be completed at the same time,and study the pressure characteristics of the hydraulic system through the simulation by using AMESim software.Then,complete the simulation test by simulating the electronic test unit,SCM and signal generating device via SIMATIC Step 7 V12 in Botu platform.Verify the function of the electronic test unit and signal generating device by simulating the internal state of SCM and signal generator parameters in the signal generating device.And ensure that the communication Settings and programs are correct.Moreover,study working principle and structural characteristics of the typical VAS,and research the optimal problem of three objective functions including its working reliability,service life and cost.And the optimal solution set is achieved,then draw the optimal curve,and study the optimization feature.At the same time,study the working principle of control system for underwater stepping actuator simulator,then conclude the transfer function of it.Analyze it via MATLAB,and take measures to improve its response characteristics to meet the requirements of the control.Finally,according to the requirement of the test,the experimental study on the SCM should be done through the SCM test stand,test hydraulic power unit,electronic test unit,signal generating device and VAS.Research the test method of SCM as well as check the control and monitoring functions of SCM.And on this basis,check the control action of the signal generating device and electronic test unit,and verify the effectiveness of the hydraulic system of the SCM test stand and hydraulic power supply unit.
