As one of the most common risks in drilling operation,the lost circulation has been a hot issue because of its multiple and hazard damage.The lost circulation's occurrence or not and severity depend on the variation of mud volume and flow changes mainly whatever domestic or abroad.The accuracy of recognition mainly rely on the precision of instrument.At the same time,it would increase the workload of site engineers and the instantaneity would be influenced by tardiness in drilling and the substitution loss.The selection of treatment measures is formulated by site expert mostly.Aim at solving these issues,this article adopting artificial intelligence analysis method based on the disadvantages of current methods to establishing mathematical model to solve the problems above.By establishing the fault tree,this article analyze the cause and factors about lost circulation.This article summarizes the change rule based on the characteristic parameters from logging data.The lost circulation's recognition can be divided into two stages.The first stage is confirming the characteristic parameters of lost circulation resource from logging data.The second stage is judging the lost circulation' type and severity.The intelligent decision can be divided into two stages.The first stage is retrieving the similarly lost circulation case.The second stage is confirming the best treatment scheme according the decision-making model.Different types of lost circulation corresponding different logging data curve,this article establishing the real-time recognition model based on the pattern of curve.In view of the superiority of judging the similarity between two curves.This article apply this model to the recognition the similarity of curves and establishing the standard curves.This model can accomplish the recognition among curves and provide decision basis for later decision-making method.The traditional intelligent decision method-based on rules is simple and macroscopic.But with the size and complexity's increase its disadvantages for example consistency low efficiency and against people's cognitive rules would appears.The case-based reasoning is a reasoning process applying past experience to current issues and corresponding the cognitive rules of drilling expert.The experiment demonstrate that this model can improve the issue-solving efficiency and suitable to solving decision-making issue of drilling.Adopting the Visual Studio 2010 and SQL Server 2008 of Micro-software exploit the corresponding software based on the intelligent recognition and decision-making model of lost circulation.The experimental result prove that this software can accomplish the target of intelligent recognition and decision-making of circulation.
