The casing pressure test,perforating and fracturing,the late fluctuation of temperature field caused by the stress change,formation compaction slip may cause cement cracks,cement surface micro annulus,resulting in underground oil and gas water channeling and casing annulus pressure,thus affecting the safety and life of oil and gas well wellhead.In order to improve this kind of problems,it is necessary to improve the elasticity and self-healing ability of cement sheath.Therefore,this paper carried out the study on evaluation method of experimental effect of self-healing,selected the evaluation of a good self-healing effect,at the same time the development of Heshui mud system self-healing toughness,finally put forward a set of toughness effect and self-healing toughness of self-healing Heshui mud system,and in key performance with puree formula compared.The main work and research results are as follows:(1)Based on the repeatability of experiments and the evaluation of the effect of continuous healing,the evaluation method of self-healing effect is studied.The results show that the method of fracture healing has small error and good repeatability,and the method is reasonable and can be used to describe the self healing effect.At the same time,the method is simple and has no damage to the specimen,and can be used for continuous measurement of the same specimen.(2)According to the requirement of the research papers,test the different effects of mixed order conditions on the mechanical properties of the slurry,and observe the flexural specimen cross-section fiber dispersion,and the application of piecewise weighing method of cement specimen fiber dispersion effect was verified.The experimental results show that,in the process of mixing and mixing,adding cement and adding fiber,the fiber dispersion is more uniform.(3)By testing the self-healing ability of cement stone at different curing ages,the optimal amount and combination of self-healing materials were optimized.The results showed that when the dosage of RHA-1 was 5%,the degree of fracture healing was better than that of RHA-1 adding amount of 7%.When the dosage of RHA-1 was 5%,the healing effect of composite cement paste was relatively good.(4)According to the conventional properties and mechanical properties,the paper studied the formulation of the fiber reinforced polymer and the elastomer,and the Composite Toughening of the three component.Conclusions when fiber,elastic latex particles and the ratio of 0.35%:3%:9%or 0.35%:4%:9%composite toughened cement slurry and the bending strength,impact toughness,cementation strength is larger,while the cement rock brittleness coefficient is low.(5)The self healing properties of cement stone,deformation ability and the three aspects of the ability of anti cyclic loading performance,the ultimate toughness of self-healing compound cement slurry formulation:G oil well cement +4%filtrate reducer +0.8%dispersant +0.35%fiber +3%elastic particles of +9%latex +5%crystal healing agent JHA-2+5%type hot melt type self-healing defoaming agent + water mixture RHA-1+0.1%.
