The main research purpose of this project is to establish a contract with the customer to establish a 1000-ton hot forging press automatic forging production line,the main purpose is to achieve the diameter ?65mm anchor forging the following automated production.The process research includes multi-station closed-type anti-extrusion process design,multi-position mold mold design and solve the problems in production.In this paper,a four-station closed-type anti-extrusion process,a four-station mold mold and a new type of mold for the 1000-ton hot forging press were designed with a set of anchors and clamps with an anchor strength of 1860 MPa.Anti-extrusion die structure.The results will be applied to the 1000 tons of hot forging presses automated production line,and ultimately to achieve automated production.The specific research contents are as follows:First of all,according to the characteristics of the small hole outside the anchor forging,the design of multi-station closed anti-extrusion process.The difference between the material flow stress and the conventional anti-extrusion is analyzed.Optimize the pre-forging shape and the number of anti-extrusion,to determine the anchor and clip the multi-station closed anti-extrusion process drawings.Secondly,according to the 1000 tons of hot forging press for the mold space and forging process,the design of four-station mold and four-station mold.The design of the mold is to determine the structure of the anti-extrusion punch.In this paper,three anti-extrusion forming punch structures are designed.The performance of the three structural schemes is verified by simulation analysis and experiment.The reliable and practical structure is used for automatic production TheFinally,the four-station closed anti-extrusion process and four-station mold die used in the 1000-ton hot forging automation production line,and to solve the problems in production.The main problem with the existence of the anchor and the clip forgings is the coaxiality of the coaxial;the sleeve and the clip punch have the problem of low life of the punch.The main reason for the low life of the anchor is the serious wear and tear,The main problem is head upsetting,breaking and bending.Solve the problem for the solution,and the smooth realization of automated production.The anchor and clip of the multi-station closed anti-extrusion process used in the automated production line.Production efficiency of 9 / min,anchor anti-extrusion punch life of 12000 ~ 15000,to achieve the desired objectives,to meet customer requirements.In this paper,the multi-station closed-type anti-extrusion process has been realized to realize the multi-station automatic production of small hole conical parts with inner porosity ?16mm ~ ?36mm,depth ratio 2.5~3.1 and wall thickness of 3mm ~ 8mm.Anti-extrusion punch structure and application,in such products for the hot forging multi-station closed forging process to achieve a technological breakthrough.Which provides a theoretical and practical basis for the further development of multi-station automatic forging process.
