With the country's emphasis on environmental protection,nitrogen oxides emission standards to further improve the nitrogen oxide emission reduction has become the focus of power generation enterprises.At present,the selective catalytic reduction(SCR)is widely used because of its high efficiency,stable operation and simple structure.In recent years,there are some problems in the operation of the reactor,so it is a hot issue to optimize the flow field of the reactor,prolong the catalyst life and improve the reaction efficiency.At present,there are many researches on the simulation and optimization design of SCR,but the simulation and optimization design of SCR is less.This graduation project mainly carries on the simulation and the optimized design to the low temperature catalyst SCR.The simulation results show that the low temperature catalyst SCR has the advantages of high temperature catalyst SCR and low temperature catalyst SCR.The simulation part of the 600 MW unit of a power plant denitration reactor model,simulation,mainly in the flue entrance velocity distribution,rectifier arrangement and reductant ammonia and flue gas mixing in three aspects that effect,because of high temperature and dust SCR reactor in operation of flue gas,fly ash and carry more the catalyst layer is easy to plug in a high temperature environment will make the catalyst sintering or failure,so this design will focus on the operation of the SCR reactor in low temperature environment,optimize it,and further verified in reactor units in different sizes.Optimization design of the main part of the layout optimization and the optimization of the design of these two aspects.Through the analysis of the existing problems of SCR reactor in high temperature and dust arrangement,the arrangement of SCR reactor designed for low temperature and low dust and layout,optimize the design and calculation of catalyst,pressure loss calculation and resistance in low temperature and low dust under the arrangement.This article mainly aims at the case analysis of three different design coal and electricity unit,will compare the data of high temperature reactor with low temperature and low dust reactor.The results showed that the low temperature and low dust reactor had the absolute advantage of the reactor and the optimal design of general applicability,and on the three units are respectively optimized catalyst,total pressure loss and the flue gas resistance check.For layout optimization,three case of the volume of the catalyst and reactor volume in both high temperature and dust arrangement reduces more than 30%;the catalyst after optimization,three cases are optimal in the first honeycomb catalyst;and calculation of pressure loss and flue gas resistance of optimized reactor.
