Influence of liquid height to the ozonation process of landfill leachate was determined,with the difference of SBR treatment and ozone oxidation to the water matrix of effluent.During the experiment of influence of liquid height to the ozone oxidation to the COD removal efficiency,oxidation time of 0 min and 10 min water sample was selected,and using macropores resin to separated the dissolved organic matters?DOM?into five fractions,Hydrophilic fraction?HPI?,Hydrophobic acid fraction?HPO-A?,Transphilic acid fraction?TPI-A?,Hydrophobic neutral fraction?HPO-N?,Transphilic neutral fraction?TPIN?.Determine the COD concentration,dissolved organic carbon?DOC?concentration,ultra violet absorbance at 254 nm(UV254),excitation-emission fluorescence matrix?EEFM?of five fractions,to compare the water quality after ozone and SBR treatment.400 m L leachate of COD concentration of 450 mg·L-1 was used,while lifted the liquid height from0.063 m to 0.815 m,COD removal rate of ozonation was raised from 54.29% to 68.27%,means that lifted the liquid height could raise the COD removal rate of ozonation.Despite the impacts of ozonation time and stirring,the essence of lifting liquid height was to enhance the pressure that ozone bubble suffered in the leachate,increasing the pressure would benefit for the ozone dissolving efficiency.During the treatment of ozonation,COD removal efficiency was increased along time at first,and slow down its increment after 10 min.At that time,contaminant concentration was reached to a plate stage.Amberlite? XAD-8 and Amberlite? XAD-4 resin was used to DOM fraction of ozonation time of 10 min.The results was shown that after ozonation of 10 min,COD removal efficiency was 28.19%,means that ozone could reduce COD efficiently.Determination of UV254 shown that during the ozone oxidation process,ozone could oxidize the organic matters.Determination of COD,DOC,and EEFM shown that,HPO-N fraction was the most difficult to be oxidized,while the TPI-A,TPI-N fractions were difficult to be oxidated by ozone,while HPI,HPO-A,were very easy to be oxidated at the same time.COD removal efficiency of sequencing batch reactor?SBR?was 14%,relatively low.Means that SBR could only reduce some part of the organic matters in leachate.Change of UV254 shown that SBR could transform part of organic matters.Comparing COD,DOC,EEFM,HPI fraction was the most difficult part to be transformed by SBR,HPO-A and TPI-A fractions were difficult to be transformed by using SBR,andHPO-N,TPI-N fractions were easy to be transformed by SBR.Above all,only using the SBR or ozonation could not reached a great COD removal efficiency,while combine the SBR with ozonation,it should be determined on the water quality of leachate,to determine which process should be placed as the pre-treatment,to achieve the deep process of landfill leachate.
