Since the 50's of the last century,the self elevating drilling platform has been added to the offshore oil exploitation,and has been successfully applied in the field of oil exploitation,drilling,production,storage and platform maintenance.With the development of world economy and technology,the development of ocean energy has become one of the main contents of the new technological revolution in the world.At present,about offshore oil drilling platform control system equipment basically is imported from abroad,domestic marine equipment manufacturing enterprises and has not grasped the key technology,and therefore this paper it is very significant to study on this aspect.This subject comes from the Tianjin Zhongji Equipment Manufacture Co.Ltd."ZY-1 Self elevating drilling platform" marine engineering project.Firstly of self elevating drilling platform structure characteristics and working principle of the function of the general instructions and according to the actual needs of the platform lift control on the drilling platform lifting control system design;at the same time,it introduces some special sensor selection.In order to get better control effect,rapid leg motor position and inverter's dynamic response,lift control system selected intelligent PI control algorithm,followed by the MATLAB simulation of the algorithm,the simulation results show that the robustness.According to the control precision,speed range and overload protection of the platform lift system,we adopt the direct torque control technology.The principle of direct torque control is studied deeply,and the synchronous control scheme of multi motor is analyzed.On the basis of this,the control core of PLC and inverter is selected.In this paper,the overall structure of the elevator control system is designed,and the drive control system design is discussed emphatically,and finally the Engineering commissioning program of the lifting control system is introduced.
