The research on the nonlinear output regulation control method in the field of forging hydraulic press is still in the blank stage.This paper studies the nonlinear output regulation problem of the forging hydraulic press under the action of a kind of nonlinear exosystem.The suppression of a class of nonlinear disturbance signals in the nonlinear system of the hydraulic press is realized.In this paper,the controlled object,namely the forging hydraulic press is introduced,and the development of the nonlinear control method in the field of hydraulic press and the development of the theory of nonlinear output regulation are clarified.After that,the definition of stability and the theorem,Linear and nonlinear output regulation problem description,mathematical definition,classification and its solution of nonlinear output regulation theory are introduced.Next,a nonlinear output regulation control method for a class of nonlinear exosystem is studied.The mathematical description of the nonlinear output regulation is given.State feedback control law for a nominal affine nonlinear system,nonlinear exosystem,and the related functions of the subsequent construction of the nonlinear internal model are introduced.And the construction of the nonlinear internal model equations is given four hypotheses.And the design of the corresponding nonlinear internal model,state feedback control law for the whole complex system.It also proves that the design method can meet the requirements of the system stability and the output regulation characteristics.In the fourth chapter,we focus on the specific forging hydraulic press nonlinear system,and the nonlinear output regulation problem is solved by a nonlinear disturbance in the form of non-harmonic forced vibration.Then we give the nonlinear internal model and the state feedback control law of the composite system.And one by one,the theoretical verification shows that it meets meet all the requirements set by in the third chapter.Finally,the simulation of the design method is verified by Matlab.The simulation results show that the method is effective for the rejection of the nonlinear external disturbance signals,and the effectiveness of the proposed method is provedThe research of this paper fills the blank of the research on the nonlinear output regulation of the forging hydraulic press.The research direction of the nonlinear control of the forging hydraulic machine is developed,and the research and application of the nonlinear output regulation theory is also extended.The research work of this paper will lay a foundation for the research on the nonlinear output regulation problem of the forging hydraulic machine.
