With the development of science and technology,the function of mobile phone is becoming more and more abundant,and the most simple communication function is to meet the needs of various functions.In order to meet the needs of the hardware,the mobile phone manufacturers continue to explore and improve the material selection,structure design and processing technology of mobile phone shell.At the same time,the ultra-thin mobile phone in the market demand is gradually increasing,a lot of thin cell phone shell in the design process is difficult to achieve the expected strength,for this situation,metal film mold injection molding process has been widely used.Hardware steel sheet can be processed into the thickness of 0.3mm to 0.4mm,can be used to solve the problem of plastic,but easy to occur due to the deformation caused by product shrinkage.Warping deformation is one of the defects in the process of plastic injection molding.The main cause of this defect is that the shrinkage is not uniform,resulting in the internal stress of the plastic parts.There are many factors that affect the warping deformation,including the plastic part structure,the structure of the mold,the plastic material,the molding process parameters,etc.The effect of warping deformation on thin wall parts is more serious,especially in the case of mobile phone shell with metal insert,which is more difficult to control.Because of the plastic parts with metal insert,the shrinkage rate of metal and plastic is not the same,and the formation of large internal stress is formed during the cooling process.CAD three-dimensional modeling of the mobile shell is completed by Pro/E,combined with MOLDFLOW simulation analysis,combined with the orthogonal test design method,combined with extreme value analysis and variable analysis method,study the effect of different mold structure,melt temperature,injection time,injection time,packing time and cooling time on the deformation of metal insert,and the process parameters are optimized.Finally,the influence of the factors on the warping deformation is obtained by the single factor test,and the rationality of the conclusion is verified.
