Soybean oil is the main oil for human beings,people have found an safety and green extraction method-enzyme-assisted aqueous extraction processing to facing the deficiency of press and organic solvent extraction,which has been widely studied all over the world.In this experiment,soybean was used as basic material to study the effect of different enzymolysis conditions on oil extraction rate under the low enzyme system,finally the optimal enzymatic hydrolysis conditions was determined.The experiment have also determined the quality of soybean oil and soy milk powder from EAEP.Then,the lab-scale dates were used to study the feasibility for the pilot-plant.The main study contents were as follows:(1)Different enzymolysis conditions was studied to explain the effect of on oil extraction rate under the low enzyme system,and by the optimization of response surface,the optimal parameters was obtained.And the results show that:the amount of enzyme 6‰,hydrolysis time 105 min,hydrolysis temperature 56?,solids-to-liquid ratio 1:8;under the optimal conditions,the oil extraction rate reached around 63.97%.(2)Compared with quality difference between EAEP soybean oil and first grade refined soybean oil and third grade refined soybean oil.The results showed that:the apparent quality of EAEP of soybean oil get close to third grade oil,and except a higher acid value,the other physical and chemical indicators complied with the national standard limit.soybean oil from EAEP had higher content of unsaturated fatty acid than them.So the quality of EAEP soybean oil is more better.(3)Meanwhile,this experiment studied the quality analysis of soy milk powder,The results show that:the production of soy milk powder with a uniform structure and a kind of fragrance of bean,the physicochemical properties of soy milk powder have reached the national standard of GB/T 18738-2006.the protein content is around 50%,the protein in soy milk powder is degraded as polypeptide and amino acid with the molecular weight smaller than 20 kDa,which contributed to digestion and absorption for human beings.(4)The experiment of soybean oil and soy milk powder from EAEP in this pilot-plant under the low enzyme system,The three-phase separator was used to separate oil-water mixture,hydrolyzate and dietary fiber.and the hydrolysate of EAEP can be used to prepared directly the soy milk powder.After many experiments debugging,the results show that:the amount of enzyme 5‰,hydrolysis time 90 min,hydrolysis temperature 55?,solids-to-liqid ratio 1:7;The parameters of three-phase separator showed that:inlet amount 2.5 m3/h,centrifugal speed 3800 rpm/min,under the optimal conditions,the oil extraction rate reached around 60%.(5)The color,acid value,peroxide value and other physical and chemical indicators of EAEP soybean oil from pilot-plant complied with the national standard limit,which has a simple requirement for refining.Soy milk powder from EAEP of pilot-plant has a better solubility.Its essential amino acid is rich and nutritive value is higher.which is named as ? class low sugar type soybean milk powder.The experiment indicated pilot-plant was feasible,which provide an important guarantee for the industrialized production of soybean oil and soy milk powder from EAEP.
