China's oil consumption big country,but its reserves is limited,most rely on imports.Shale as a kind of unconventional oil and gas resources,not only can be used for refining shale oil burning power generation,is a good alternative resources.Countries in recent years stepped up to the development and utilization of oil shale,producing a large amount of oil shale waste,the waste residue of secondary utilization rate is low,the vast majority of in-place accumulation,not only occupy the land resources also contribute to the ecological environment caused serious damage.In this paper,the oil shale residue as main raw materials,to join the carbide slag and additives,fully prepared by high temperature melting method solid waste of microcrystalline glass,not only can solve the problem of oil shale residue and carbide slag environmental protection,but also has good social and economic benefits.In this paper,we study the preparation of shale slag green glass-ceramic with industrial solid waste,all required raw materials 100% from solid waste,the preparation process of energy conservation and environmental protection does not produce secondary pollution.The heat treatment process of glass-ceramic was determined by differential thermal analysis(DTA);using XRD and SEM to observe the micro crystal phase composition and microstructure of the glass-ceramics,finally test samples of flexural strength,density,corrosion resistance and micro hardness.The experimental results show that,the 3# glass-ceramics sample of oil shale residue content is 75%,calcium carbide slag content is 15%,additives content 15% has good performance,the main crystal phase as augite and omphacite phase,second phase for aegirine and diopside.On the basis of the research on the formula,orthogonal experiment method for shale slag glass-ceramic heat treatment system has carried on the experimental,study the results showedthat,ratio for 3 # shale slag glass-ceramic best heat treatment system for the nucleation temperature 785 ?,the nucleation time of 120 min,the crystallization temperature of 935 ?,the crystallization time of 90 min,affect the order is nucleation temperature>crystallization time>nucleation time> crystallization temperature.With the increase of the nucleation temperature and crystallization time,the performance of the glass-ceramics was reduced after the first rise trend.The nucleation temperature mainly affect the nucleation process,control grain number;Crystallization time mainly affects the grain growth process,control the grain size.Unreasonable nucleation temperature and crystallization time will result the oil shale residue of glass-ceramics crystallization is incomplete and defects,reduce the performance of glass-ceramics.Study the results showed that,the best heat treatment system the flexural strength of shale slag glass-ceramic is 182.7 MPa,microhardness is 895 MPa,mass loss rate was 0.16% in acid solution,mass loss rate was 0.18% in alkali solution,meet or exceed the architectural decorative glass-ceramics plank industry standards,can be applied.
