| The development of new green wall panels is an important part of the modernization of the construction industry,and plays an active role in building a resource-saving society and environment-friendly society.The industrial by-product gypsum,fly ash and slag powder to rational use,as the wall materials of raw materials,which can avoid the environmental pollution caused by solid waste,saving resources,but also can play the role of characteristics and safety,comfort,gypsum fast,environmental protection,cost reduction.In this paper,based on the literature review and data collection,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the commonly used interior partition wall materials in the market,and develops a kind of FPB gypsum core sandwich lightweight partition board(FPB board).The main contents of this paper are:(1)This paper presents the design of gypsum based sandwich lightweight partition board,including the basic form,the size of the board and the selection of the panel and core.(2)Through the study of gypsum based polystyrene particles within the core,has been used for gypsum substrate core material light partition board,its strength meets the requirements.(3)Based on the development of gypsum base material,a kind of gypsum base material is obtained.The waterproof effect of the panel is better,and the softening coefficient is higher than that of gypsum board and cement board.(4)By the development of the gypsum slurry and water resistant high-strength gypsum polystyrene composite panel,forming a sandwich structure Shi Gaoji sandwich light partition board,flexural strength,compressive strength,softening coefficient,single point hanging force,surface density,impact resistance and other properties were tested.The test results show that the performance can meet the requirement of national standard,and some much higher thanthe standard requirements. |
