PVC plastic doors and Windows is the national key promotion of energy-saving door window product.Welding processing is a key link during the plastic doors and Windows assembly processing,its machining quality and efficiency directly affect the production quality and efficiency of Windows.In welding plastic doors and Windows processing,the influence of welding parameters will influence the quality obviously.Choosing proper welding parameters will in great measure infect the Welding quality of plastic doors and windows.However,owing to lack of the research of welding parameters on profiles in typical processing conditions at present,Plastic window welding processing level is limited.Based on the summary of worldwide plastic windows research literature,this paper according to the welding principle of plastic window welding machine and the unique thermodynamic properties of PVC profiles,through numerical simulation method,used three dimensional modeling technology,Build the three dimensional mode of the welding part.According to the actual working condition of the welding,establishing an orthogonal analysis model,use finite element analysis software ANSYS to carry analysis of the temperature field on the related structure and thermal stress field.The temperature field and residual stress field of different welding parameters were obtained,Analyzing the welding maximum stress results with the method of mathematical statistics,a set of optimized welding parameters are put forward.By using the method of experimental angle of strength,getting the Angle of the welding strength under different parameters,,the feasibility of optimization scheme of process parameters is verified by compared with the angle stress results and internal stress,it is advantageous for the enterprise to select heating temperature of the welding process parameters optimization.In practical production,.the profile of the welding quality is often compromised under the low temperature condition.Paper studied the effect of environment temperature on the welding angle stress,The finite element numerical simulation of welded joint is worked under under normal environment temperature and low temperature environment temperature heating process,having obtained the distribution of welding temperature field and stress field in joint,verify the low temperature impact on profile welding.By reference to inside weld by resistance wire heating principle,put forward the optimization of pressure clamp heating,Welding joint was simulated by finite element methods,at different temperature conditions.The maximum stress of the profiles at different temperatures is compared,the feasibility of pressure clamp heating scheme was confirmed by the experiments.After welding to do is to remove the weld formed by the welding.This paper presents a new structure that can automatically remove the welding tumor,This structure can be automatically remove the welding tumor produced by the welding.Saving labor while making the welding face more beautiful.At the same time,the influence of this structure on the profile of the angle strength is analyzed,and the improvement measures are put forward.
