The clamping device is an important operating mechanism in injection machine to complete the injection blow molding.Its template can fix mould and ensure accuracy of clamping during working.Therefore,the mechanical properties of the template,such as stiffness and strength,will affect the stability of injection machine directly.This paper use the method of finite element analysis,combined with HyperWorks software to analyze the template's static of clamping device which is provided 84 tons of injection machine by one company in Guangxi.According to the analysis results,it will be topology optimization for each template.It will provide theoretical basis for the improvement of clamping device.The main contents are follows:1.This paper expounds the research background of injection machine.It introduces the research purpose of clamping device.It is summarized for the research status on the design of injection molding machine template.And the main research content of this paper is given that base on the research.2.Through the basic theoretical knowledge of HyperMesh and contact problem,it is introduced the meshing methods and the choice of the unit detailedly.It makes the foundation for finite element analysis of champing device.In the software of OptiStrct,each template is analyzed for the static so that obtained the deformation and the situation of stress distribution.3.It is researched the topology optimization method Of OptiStruct in depth.On the basis of static analysis,each template is design through wariable density method that uses OptiStruct to topology optimization.According to the result of topological optimization for the pseudo density cloud,it will get the best materials distribution of template after optimized,and the main flow path of force.It provides the design direction for improvements of template.4.According to the result of topology optimization,it is redesigned for the template.Then it is relatived with the original template.The templates are achieved the lightweight design after optimization,and ensure its structure stiffness and strength.5.It takes the total champing device of injection machine for the finite element statics analysis after improvement.The analysis of the whole machine can be more close to the actual working condition.It will compare the stress and displacement of each template in whole machine before and after improvement.Finally,it can be verified the feasibility after improving the structure.6.Summarized the research result in the champing device optimization of injection machine in this paper.It also points out the weakness in the study so that put forward the research direction in following job.
