| The 5000 KN continuous drive friction welding machine,is application for electrolytic aluminum industry to weld the aluminum and steel of prebaked anode conductive device.The automatic feeding device is the basic components for steel claw,aluminum guide rod up and down.It is of great significance to research on automatic feeding device and aluminum guide rod steel talons brace stiffness,roller and guide rail,the change of the upper and lower surface contact for improving the precision and efficiency of feeding and the working life of automatic feeding device.Established analysis model of the automatic feeding device using finite element analysis method,improved the structure and optimization the clearance.It provides a certain reference basis for optimization of the automatic feeding device.First of all,according to the performance of the automatic feeding device,the finite element analysis model of automatic feeding device is established by the seamless integration function of Solid Works and ANSYS Workbench.Secondly,taking advantage of ANSYS Workbench,the static analysis is performed on the automatic feeding device under the condition of different load cases to find out the frame weak parts impacting loading precision.Combined shape optimization with size optimization method,the structure optimization of steel claw,aluminum guide rod supporting frame and channel steel frame are accomplished.Simulation results show that the structure performance optimized of the automatic feeding improved,total quality reduced by 10.78%,maximum deformation decreased by 96.51%,the maximum stress reduced by 15.91%,the deformation deviation rate of two aluminum guide rod support frame reduced to 2.11% from 7.43%,the maximum deformation deviation rate between steel claw racks and aluminum guide rod support stands reduced from 3.01 to 1.08.Finally,the finite element method is applied to the wheel-rail contact analysis and the maximum deformation of roller as the reference variables.In the condition of loading and no loading,the maximum deformations with output power changes are analyzed of roller guide rail and cylinder and draw curve of four wheel maximum deformation and the output force.According to the results of the analysis,it is found that the operation process of the automatic feeding device is not very smooth,exist larger tilt,so must improve the roller clearance.The test method is adopted and the largest wheel-rail gap changed from 0.4 mm to 0.3 mm.The experimental results show that Optimization gap can effectively improve the inclination in the operation process,improve the loading precision. |
