The Yangtze River Economic Belt Of Haze Pollution In Provincial Research On Heterogeneity And Spatial Spillover Effect

In 2014,"relying on the golden waterway,and constructing of the Yangtze river economic belt" had made clearly in the government work report,that marks the construction of the Yangtze river economic belt has to be a national strategy.It is proposed five development idea with innovation,harmonious and green,open,sharing at the fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,this Committee clearly points out the development direction of the Yangtze river economic belt.However,increasingly serious smog pollution makes a important challenge to the regional ecological security,public health,and the international image of the formation.As the Yangtze river economic belt haze pollution situation is becoming more and more serious,how to break through the haze pollution form the development bottleneck becomes the whole society attention and general anxiety.Haze pollution problem is by no means isolated regions caused,but from piece centralized aggregation effect,it also illustrates the haze pollution problem has a strong spatial dependence.how much this space dependent affects the fog haze pollution? If there is a certain economic turning points,when the cross point haze pollution present a significant mutation? Therefore,focusing on the research of the Yangtze river economic belt of smog pollution provincial heterogeneity and spatial spillover effect and studying the Yangtze river economic belt green path of economic growth under the haze pollution control targets makes a significant referent value to relieve and control the Yangtze river economic belt haze pollution.This paper takes the Yangtze river economic belt of smog pollution heterogeneity and spatial spillover effects as the research target,it combined with the Yangtze river economic belt provincial panel data from 2000 to 2012.on the one hand,starting from spatial correlation,this paper combined with the economic environment of "inverted U" hypothesis theory,and established a Durbin model to discuss the economic growthhow to effects on the Yangtze river economic belt haze pollution,and to verify the inverted U hypothesis;On the other hand,starting from the "inverted U" hypothesis,it builds the panel threshold regression model to discuss the nonlinear relationship between economic growth and haze pollution under different threshold variable effects.Research results show that,on the one hand,the haze pollution of Yangtze river economic belt exists significant spatial spillover effect between provincial,and the growth also exists significant spatial spillover effect to smog pollution;On the other hand,under the effect of different influencing factors,the per GDP are significant characteristics of single threshold for the haze pollution of the Yangtze river economic belt,and when per GDP and industrial added value as a threshold variables,after the economic growth acrossed the threshold of the variable threshold value,the negative effects to the environment has slowed,when the threshold variables is the population and the opening,the per GDP exacerbate the impact of haze.Finally,this paper based on the real condition of the development of the Yangtze economic belt,and put forward the direction and the way of economic growth and haze governance of the Yangtze river economic belt.
