Oleic acid imidazoline Corrosion inhibitors have excellent corrosion inhibition effect because of they can form both the physical and chemical adsorption on the metal surface.This paper investigate and analysis the experimental results on different simulated corrosion solution with saturated CO2 to find out how corrosion efficiency changes with the series of imidazoline compounds,which were synthesized by oleic acid and series kinds of organic amines.The present investigated to find out how corrosion efficiency changes with the difference of the hydrophilic chain length on the corrosion inhibition of imidazoline compounds.And after comprehensive consideration,select and use the XAIC1 corrosion inhibitor was synthesized by using oleic acid and two vinyl amine.Designed the orthogonal test analysis to determine the order of impact factors to the synthesis conditions of XAIC1 imidazoline compounds.While the optimal condition is identified as:molar mass ratio of oleic acid to two vinyl amine is 1:1.2,the acylation temperature is about 160?,the cyclization temperature is about 220?,both the acylation and cyclization reaction are 3h.And characterize the structure of imidazoline corrosion inhibitor through IR,TG.This experimental was used the kinetic simulation.The conversion of the reactants in the synthesis process was obtained by acid value measurement and UV spectrum simulation.The effects of vice reaction and reverse reaction process were ignored and calculate the reaction rate and reaction order at different temperatures.And this paper analysis the corrosion inhibition and corrosion mechanism of N80 steel in CO2 simulated corrosion simulated solution with oleic acid imidazoline.Considering corrosion effect by weight loss method,elctrochemical methods,and scanning electron microscopy.corrosion inhibition.The results show that the corrosion inhibitor can effectively inhibit the CO2 corrosion,When the concentration reaches 100mg/L,the inhibition rate of 60? can reach 79.9%.
