In this paper,the treatment of acrylic fiber wastewater was studied by using CWS technology,and the water quality of acrylic fiber wastewater was analyzed.The effect of compositions in acrylic fiber wastewater on the slurryability of different coal was researched,and the slurry mechanism of acrylic fiber wastewater was investigated.The influence of acrylic fiber wastewater on ash melting characteristics was also discussed,and the gasification characteristics of CWS was analyzed combined with thermogravimetric analyzer.Main conclusions are drawn as follows:1)Without any additives,the acrylic fiber wastewater and SF coal can be directly made into CWS,the maximum solid concentration of CWS was only 55%,the slurry was obviously stratified within 72 hours with 9.58%water loss rate.With adding additive about 2.0‰,the concentration of slurry was increased rapidly,and the slurry concentration increased to 59%when the addition was 2.0‰,which was 1%lower than that of conventional CWS;2)When the concentration of ammonia nitrogen is 0-250 mg/L,it was found that the apparent viscosity of coal water slurry increased as the ammonia-nitrogen concentration became lager.Analysising from the effect of inorganic salts on the slurryability of wastewater,in the range of 0 to 200 mg/L of the inorganic salt concentration,it can be seen that the apparent viscosity of CWS increases with the increase of NaCl and Na2SO4,and the viscosity value of slurry increased at low shear rate and the stability was improved;3)After the contact angle of coal surface and the Zeta potential of the slurry were studied,it was found that the ammonia-nitrogen organic matter in the wastewater would make the contact angle of the coal particles smaller and the hydrophilicity became better,but the slurryability would be worse.The ammonia-nitrogen organic matter in the wastewater can make the absolute value of the Zeta potential larger than 68mv,while NaCl and Na2SO4 in the wastewater can reduce the absolute value of the zeta potential to about 30mv.4)The coal ash melting temperature can be lower with adding Acrylic fiber wastewater,while the inorganic salt composition of acrylic fiber wastewater has a low effect on the coal gasification of CWS,which can effectively improve the reactivity of coal particles and shorten the gasification time of coal slurry.
