Firstly,studied on the both domestic and international experience of the people's unsafe behaviors and the theoretical basis and process of unsafe behaviors are,and from two aspects of internal factors and external factors of the influence factors of staff unsafe behavior are analyzed.Secondly,the established scientific and reasonable scheme were forming based on past behavior observation research and implementation experience,through STOP investigation method get the data of staff unsafe behavior.Thirdly,Checking the reliability of the sample data by using the SPSS,access to enterprise staff's unsafe behavior of the data is suitable for factor analysis.Recombining these factors and rename them factors analysis.Using five main influence factors of staff unsafe behavior replace 15 factors from the behavior observation,then developed staff unsafe behavior factor model.The data is analyzed by factor analysis,the five main influence factors are extracted from 15 factors,they are individual factors,psychological factors,environmental factors,organizational factors and leadership factors.The results showed that the largest rate of contribution factor unsafe behavior is individual factors.The rate of contribution of organizational factors is the same of leadership factors to staff unsafe behavior.The paper put forward the improvement from organizational,individual,environment,education,in order to reduce and prevent staff unsafety behavior. |
