Research On The Management And Control Of Unsafe Behavior In The Field Of Construction

In recent years,construction accidents occur frequently.As the carrier and originator of unsafe behavior,people are the main causes of accidents.The management and control of unsafe behavior is the main way to prevent accidents.Although in recent years,our country has increased the control of construction enterprises,but the safety production situation is still grim.This paper draw up a topic on the study of the unsafe behavior management and control in the field of construction based on the serious impact on accident results because of people’s unsafe behavior and the seriousness of unsafe operation management and control.Firstly,analyzing the influencing factors of unsafe behavior and unsafe behavior in construction on human,machine,environment,management and safety work skills.Though the above analysis 23 influencing factors are determined.Then establishing the adjacency matrix,calculating the reachable matrix,dividing the hierarchical relationship under the structural analysis of the influencing factors of unsafe construction behavior though the method of Interpretative Structural Modeling.After that,the interpretation structure model is established.Conclusion from Interpretative Structural Modeling Method:Root-cause factors →Deep Indirect Influencing Factors→Indirect Influencing Factors of Intermediate Layer →Direct impact factors.The root causes of unsafe behavior are leadership and safety system.The direct influence factors of unsafe behavior are human perception and the failure of safety decision.Therefore,we come to the conclusion: in order to control the unsafe building behavior,we should start with the root factors,optimize the construction site environment and the working area environment,improve the intensity of work,strengthen the management of equipment and facilities,improve the safety education and training on site,and strengthen the safety inspection on site,so as to prevent the emergence of unsafe building behavior.It has important reference value and reference significance for the management and control of unsafe production behavior of construction workers in China though this study.
