Currently,as an emerging industry,the synthetic leather industry is facing with the problems of competition increasingly and profits decreasingly under the new normal of economic growth.Saving energy and reducing production cost are the problems which must be solved imperatively.The drying process,which is the most energy consuming process in synthetic leather production,is the key point of energy saving and consumption reduction.The use of adjustable steam compressor heating system to replace the traditional oil heating system can effectively reduce the energy consumption during the drying process.But as the core equipment of the new heating system,the design process of adjustable steam compressor usually relies on experience,which leads to the unreasonable structure and bad performance.Meanwhile,the process of design is also complicated.In addition,the dry process technology,as a typical production process of synthetic leather,which has small temperature gradient and high drying requirements,needs a better adjustable steam compressor.So whether from its own design process or the application in synthetic leather,the structure optimization of the adjustable steam compressor is very necessary.The paper was funded by the innovation team of energy saving and environmental protection key equipment and control engineering of light chemical industry(2014KCT-15).The differential evolution(DE)algorithm is used to optimize the structure of adjustable steam compressor and the results are verified by Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)software.Finally,with the construction of synthetic leather Cogeneration Industrial Park,the optimized adjustable steam compressor will used in the drying section of dry process technology synthetic leather.In order to achieve the purpose of energy-saving in synthetic leather,the adjustable steam compressor heating system with its control system was put forward.The main contents of this paper are as follows:I.The establishment of the relationship between the structure parameters and the performance indexes of the adjustable steam compressorThrough the study of working mechanism of adjustable steam compressor,the relationship between the structure parameters and the performance indexes is explored.Using the key structural parameters as the variables and performance index as the optimization goal,the optimization model is established.On this basis,the calculation method of the similar geometric parameters which can be used to determine the structure of the adjustable steam compressor was presented.II.Optimized design of adjustable steam compressor structure based on DE algorithmThe basic principle of DE algorithm is studied.Then the various parameters and the optimization model which are necessary during optimization are determined.The program of DE algorithm was compiled in MATLAB.Finally,the optimized structure parameters of adjustable steam compressor will obtained based on the optimization results and the calculation model.III.Numerical simulation of adjustable steam compressorThe simulation model is established in ANSYS,then analyzing the simulation result of the optimized adjustable steam compressor.At the same time,the effects of different operating modes on the properties were analysed,and the corresponding solutions were given.IV.Application of adjustable steam compressor heating system in synthetic leather dryingThe optimized adjustable steam compressor will used in the drying section of synthetic leather dry process after analyzing the shortcomings of the current drying process.A new drying and heat recovery scheme were presented based on adjustable steam compressor heating system.On this basis,the control strategy and control algorithm were studied according to the characteristics of the new drying system.Finally,the corresponding control system was designed based on S7-300 PLC platform,and the hardware configuration and software design of the control system were given.In this paper,the intelligent optimization algorithm DE was used to optimize the design of the adjustable steam compressor,in order to improve the design process and improve its performance.And its use in the drying section of synthetic leather dry process,can effectively reduce the energy consumption of the drying process of synthetic leather.Improving the product quality and the automation level of production process,helping synthetic leather enterprises breaking the bottleneck of development.Reduce costs and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Meanwhile,it is also in line with the national policy 'energy conservation and emission reduction'.
