Land is the space carrier of ecological civilization,land use security is an important guarantee for the sustained and healthy development of regional social-economy.In recent decades,with the rapid development of social-economy,rapid population expansion and rapid expansion of urban area,the initial land use security pattern has undergone tremendous changes,soil erosion,land desertification,salinization,rocky desertification,vegetation,grassland degradation and soil heavy metal pollution and other land use security problems are highlighted.Faced with the destruction of the natural ecological environment caused by irrational use of land resources and social-economy development model,some of the key ecological areas that maintain regional ecological security are occupied by construction land and agricultural land,the ecological protection red line come into being in this back ground.It is the base to realize the sustainable development of regional land resources that paying attention to the land use security at regional scale and conducting coordinated analysis and regulation control of regional land use security.Scientifically identifying the spatial scope of regional ecological protection red line and conducting regional land use security pattern scenario simulation analysis to clarify the land use security problem and the key ecological spatial distribution law and characteristics of current regions,conducting a comprehensive and systematic analysis to the natural ecological environment and the land use security of specific research regions to carry out ecological conservation and ecological environment construction,people can put forward effective suggestions and measures for the rational utilization of regional land resources and realization of the sustainable development of regional natural,social,economy.In this paper,taking the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone which is China 's important ecological function protection area as the research area,combining relevant practical experience and research results of domestic and foreign scholars,being based on RS,GIS and other related spatial information technology,then selecting the corresponding evaluation indexes according to local conditions through the important ecosystem services function value and ecosystem sensitivity evaluation method,and identifying the spatial scope of ecological protection red line in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone,moreover,simulating the land use security pattern of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone in 2020 under different development scenarios with the base of CA-Markov model,the contents and conclusions are made as follows.(1)In this paper,the ecological protection red line area of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone is divided into the bottom line red zone,the buffer red zone and the ideal red zone.Ecological protection red line area is 27751.25 km2 which accounts for 52.55% of the total study area,including bottom line red zone area 17125.31km2 that accounting for 32.43%,the buffer red zone area 4431.19km2 that accounting for 8.39%,the ideal red zone 6194.75km2 that accounting for 11.73%.These areas are important areas to maintain regional ecological security that should be strictly protected.Within the ecological protection red line area,cultivated land,forest land and water area are main types of land use,while grassland and unused land are almost none,special attention should be paid to the occupation of a large amount of arable land,forest land,water area etc with the future economic development and population increasing of the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone.(2)In this paper,three development scenarios were set up,bottom red line type,buffer red line type and ideal red line,which differ from land use security pattern.These three development scenarios,the phenomenon of urban and rural construction land occupying other land is gradually reducing,in terms of ecological land use protection area,ideal red line scenario is > buffered red line scenario> bottom red line scenario.Meanwhile,the construction land index and cultivated land index are in line with the constraints of the overall land use planning,which not only meets land demand of the regional food security,agricultural development,economic development,ecological priority etc,but also meets ecological security requirements of areas with important ecosystem services function value and eco-sensitivity.(3)Considering land use security pattern of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone under different development scenarios in 2020 and the situation of arable land,urban-rural construction land's occupation of ecological protection red line land in this pattern,the current situation protection red line land loss is > ecological protection land loss of bottom red line scenario> that of Buffer red line type> that of ideal red line.(4)According to the total ecological land use area,the ecological protection red line land loss and the spatial development pattern these three factors in different development scenarios,all these three scenarios meet the land demand and consumption of regional food security,agricultural development,economic development and ecological priority,etc.The rank of land use security pattern under different development scenarios is ideal red line type scenario > buffer red line type scenario> bottom line red line type scenario.Therefore,during the process of land use management in the future for Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone,we should give priority to the project of returning farmland to forest,grass and protect areas with important ecosystem services function value and Eco-sensitivity to maintain the regional ecosystem health and security.
