As the link between social economic development and ecological environment protection,the establishment of compensation mechanism has become a hot issue.In this paper,based on the subsequent development of Chongqing Three Gorges Reservoir Area,in the first,by the Three Gorges Reservoir Area upstream and downstream intergovernmental relations for conductor,according to "who protect who benefits,who destroys compensation,who enjoy who compensation" principle,and the introduction of "disciplinary constraint" factor,the game theory model of ecological compensation for the development of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area in Chongqing was established.Secondly,this paper introduced the concept of “the intensity of ecological compensation”,and the function relation is established,combined with the opportunity cost method to calculate the ecological compensation quota in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area,using the method of system dynamics,the ecological compensation of reservoir area is divided into three subsystems: social subsystem,environment subsystem and economic subsystem.And the dynamic model of the ecological compensation system for the subsequent development of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area in Chongqing was established.Based on the model test,the parameters of the model were adjusted,different schemes were set and the future development trend was predicted.At last,through the analysis and comparison of the future trends of each program,and studied on the ecological compensation mechanism of the subsequent development of the reservoir area.The main results are as follows:(1)Based on the relationship between the upstream and downstream governments in Chongqing Three Gorges Reservoir Area,this paper constructed a game model of ecological compensation,and studied the evolutionary stable strategy of the model,local equilibrium stability analysis based on the Jacobi matrix is used to analyze the steady state of the game model.The optimal model of ecological compensation was the upstream protection and downstream compensation,which was the optimal solution of the game model in Chongqing Three Gorges Reservoir Area.(2)Based on the causal feedback relationship of the ecological compensation factors in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area of Chongqing,a systematic dynamic model of the socio-environment-economic of the reservoir area was established,and it was proved that the model is effective by means of historical examination.By adjusting the parameters of the system dynamics model,four programs of natural development,environmental protection,economic development,and technological innovation were designed,the dynamic simulation was used to predict the effects of different schemes on the socio-environment-economic system,simulation results show that: Under the condition of natural development,the rapid growth of GDP will increase the total amount of environmental pollution;The performance of environmental protection for the ecological environment pollution has been a certain degree of control;Economic development is characterized by rapid economic development,but destroys the ecological environment of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area;Technological innovation showed that technological innovation can significantly increase the growth rate of GDP,and will increase the amount of ecological compensation in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area.(3)By comparing the simulation results of GDP,environmental pollution and ecological compensation,the results show that increasing the amount of investment in environmental protection will increase the amount of ecological compensation in the reservoir area,and played a significant role in pollution control of the reservoir;The economic development and technological innovation of ecological compensation will be more than environmental protection in the future,in which the economic development of the highest ecological compensation,but it will seriously damage the ecological environment of the reservoir area.According to the above research results,this paper provided policy suggestions for the establishment of ecological compensation mechanism in Chongqing Three Gorges Reservoir Area.
