In September 2018,the “Village Revitalization Strategic Plan(2018-2022)” was issued.The “Planning” was aimed at the construction of beautiful and livable villages,and carried out rural human settlements environmental improvement and construction actions,mainly including garbage control and village villages.Appearance of the appearance.Through the unified urban and rural planning to further promote rural development,the living waste collection and transportation system is an important municipal infrastructure in the villages and towns.The perfect collection and transportation system is an important guarantee for realizing the disposal of living waste in villages and towns.The collection and transportation system is mainly composed of sanitation engineering facilities such as “collection point”,“transfer station”,“compression station” and “disposal site”.The operating cost of the collection and transportation system accounts for 60%-70% of the total cost of garbage disposal.The improvement and optimization of the collection and transportation system is essential for reducing the cost of Living Waste disposal and improving the processing efficiency.The main way to reduce operating costs is to adjust the spatial layout of the receiving and transportation facilities and the optimization of the receiving and transportation routes.Since the road traffic modes of villages and towns are relatively simple and unique,they are less selective than the developed traffic road networks in urban areas.Therefore,adjusting the spatial layout of the receiving facilities is one of the main ways to optimize the total cost of the receiving system.Based on the above research background and the material composition characteristics of the Living Waste collection and transportation system,the scientific problem of consolidation is “The spatial layout optimization of the Living Waste collection and transportation system”.To this end,in the urban and rural planning field,innovative use of complex network theory and methods,from the overall understanding of the cost characteristics of the village garbage collection system and optimization direction,analysis and evaluation of the Living Waste collection and transportation system in the Three Gorges reservoir area(Chongqing section),propose a planning optimization strategy.First of all,it sorts out and summarizes the main contents of the planning and construction of the Living Waste collection and transportation system,and refines the planning and construction focus of the Living Waste collection and transportation system.At the same time,it sorts out the development history,current situation and construction problems of the Living Waste collection and transportation system in the villages and towns of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area(Chongqing Section).The main problems of the Living Waste collection and transportation system in the villages and towns of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area(Chongqing Section)are the imperfect collection and transportation system,the large demand for Living Waste removal and processing and operation,the unreasonable layout of Living Waste treatment facilities and the increase of operating costs caused by topographical barriers.Secondly,using the complex network theory,according to the operation mechanism of the village garbage collection and transportation system “village collection point-town transfer station-compression station-processing(set)field”,the Living Waste collection and transportation system in Wushan County,Wanzhou District and Changshou District is obtained.The transport system has a weighted complex network model.The overall structure level constructs three indicators: “cost intensity distribution”,“aggregation coefficient” and “network density”;the individual facility level constructs “node cost impact” and “node layout cost sensitivity” for two areas of appeal Evaluation and analysis of complex networks of village garbage collection and transportation systems.The main conclusions obtained are: the overall cost structure of the village-town Living Waste collection and transportation system in the overall structural level presents a “pyramid” structure;The receiving system network is a typical "dendritic" network;The coordination between the facilities of the collection and transportation system is poor;The spatial layout form of “town transfer station” and “compression station” has a positive correlation function with the total cost of the collection and transportation system;The “cross-level” acceptance of the collection system will result in an increase in the total system cost;The layout of the “transportation station” or “compression station” at the level of individual structural characteristics is conducive to reducing the operating cost of the collection and transportation system in the central location of the jurisdiction;Town transfer station and compression station optimization should be based on “high node cost impact” and “high node layout cost sensitivity” facility types;The “trans-administrative jurisdiction” of the town transfer station can effectively reduce the overall cost of the collection and transportation system.Finally,according to the analysis and evaluation results of the overall structure and individual characteristics of the Living Waste collection and transportation system,the planning optimization strategy and planning mode of the Living Waste collection and transportation system are proposed,and relevant case verification is carried out.It mainly includes two aspects:1)The optimization of the overall structure level collection and transportation system should be concentrated at the “collection point-transfer station” level,and improve the collection and collection process of “collection point-transport station-compression station-disposal site”;2)The optimization of individual facilities is concentrated on the type of “high impact-high sensitivity”.The planning and layout should be “close to the center of service scope”.The collaborative optimization of key facilities “cross-administrative jurisdiction” can effectively reduce the operating cost of the collection and transportation system.According to different types of villages and towns,two types of collection and transportation system planning and layout structure modes of “level facility center layout structure” and “level facility non-central layout structure” are proposed.Through the Wanzhou District,Wushan County,and Changshou District Living Waste collection and transportation system,the actual case optimization of the “cross-level”,“cross-administrative jurisdiction” and “double high” facilities layout was verified,and the optimization ideas were verified.
