A Study On The Ecological Civilization Ideology Of The Communist Party Of China And Its Realization Path

Since the 1970 s,ecological problems have become a major strategic issue in the world,as the global ecological environment deteriorates.Since the founding of new China,especially since the reform and opening,in order to catch up the developed countries and realize leap-forward development,we rely on accelerating industrialization and urbanization,the rapid economic and social development,comprehensive national strength enhanced markedly,at the same time,also inevitably brings about a waste of resources,environmental pollution and ecological degradation.In order to solve a series of ecological environmental problems we face,the party’s 16 th national congress put forward the concept of sustainable development,emphasizes the production development,life wealthy,ecology good civilization development path;Party congress put forward the construction of “ecological civilization”,advocates the basic formation to save energy resources and protect the ecological environment of the industrial structure,growth mode and consumption patterns,and emphasizes the concept of ecological civilization be firmly established in the whole of society;Party’s eighteen big,again will be mentioned the importance of the construction of ecological civilization,a new height,its rise to the construction of national level,proposed the “five one” and the construction of “beautiful China”idea,advocated to promote the building of ecological civilization.On the agenda in the socialist ecological civilization construction,and put into practice under the background,combing the structure of the ecological civilization of the communist party of China ideological form,further to explore the scientific connotation of ecological civilization ideology of the communist party of China and its implementation path,to deepen the understanding of the ecological civilization construction rule,rich Marxist ecological civilization theory is of great significance.At the same time,we can provide better theoretical support and practical guidance for developing socialist ecological civilization and building “beautiful China”.This paper mainly includes the following five parts: the introduction and the theory of the theory of the ecological civilization of the communist party of China,the historical evolution,the main content,and the realization path.In the first chapter,this paper expounds the background,research status and methods of research,as well as the definition of relevant concepts.In the second chapter,the paper discusses the theoretical origin of the theory of ecological civilization of the communist party of China.This paper mainly includes Marx and Engels ecological thought,Chinese traditional ecological wisdom,contemporary western ecological thought.In the third chapter,the paper explores the historical evolution of the idea of the ecological civilization of the communist party of China.This paper expounds the formation and development of the idea of the ecological civilization of the communist party of China.In this paper,the international and domestic background is discussed in the context of the discussion.Development in this paper,according to from the initial resource conservation,environmental protection concept,to set up the “sustainable development”,to “build a harmonious socialist society”,and then to the establishment of “construction of ecological civilization”,finally to put forward the thinking of “the construction of socialism ecological civilization” made a comb.In the fourth chapter,the paper discusses the main contents and characteristics of the Chinese communist party’s ecological civilization.Among them,the main contents in this paper,respectively from respecting nature,comply with the nature,protect nature,ideas of environmental protection,resource saving ideas,and the harmonious development of economic society and natural thoughts overall summary of the four major aspects;In addition,through comparing with western ecological thought,extracting the basic characteristics of the ecological thoughts of the communist party of China: science,inclusive,human nature,practicality.In the fifth chapter,the paper discusses the realization path of the idea of the ecological civilization of the communist party of China.This includes updating ideas,changing modes,improving systems,innovating technology and regulating behavior.The latter two chapters are an important part of this article.
