Through the detection of liver antioxidant factors and small intestine mucosa immune factors in mice, effect of lactic acid bacteria LX5,HH7 and AS8 on antioxidant capacity and immune function characteristics were evaluated. The experimental results are as follows:1.During the test, the body weight of mice in LX5 group,HH7 group and C group(control group)were all significantly increased, the growth rate were 41.6%,38.6%and 23.2%,respectively.the body weight of mice in AS8 group increased slightly, the growth rate was 9%,which was increase body weight of mice in group LX5 and HH7 in gastric body weight of mice most quickly. The number of Lactic acid bacteria and Bifidobacterium in mice intestinal by gavage LX5 and HH7 were increased, but the number of Enterococcus,Enterobacter and Clostridium perfringens were decreased. The number of lactic acid bacteria and Enterococcus in mice intestinal by gavage AS 8 were increased, but the number of Bifidobacterium,Enterobacter and Clostridium perfringens were decreased.Intestinal flora had no obviously changed in group C.2.There were no significant differences in liver weight, spleen weight, body to body ratio and spleen body ratio(P>0.05)of the mice between test groups and contral group.3.Strain LX5 significantly stimulated increase of the GSH-PX content(P<0.05),and significantly derease of the MDA content(P<0.05).As for strain HH7,the content of T-AOC,T-SOD,GSH-PX were significantly increased(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the content of MDA was significantly reduced(P<0.05).However strain AS8 had no significant effect on the content of T-AOC and T-MOD CAT,MDA,GSH-PX(P>0.05).Overall,the antioxidant capacity of tested lactic acid bacteria from high to low was HH7>LX5>AS8.4.Strain LX5 significantly stimulated increase of the SIgA and anti-inflammatory factor IL-2 content(P<0.05,P<0.01),but the proinflammatory factor, such as TNF-?,IL-6,IL-8,NF-?B,iNOS,JNK,AP-1,and anti-inflammatory factor IL-10 had no significant effect(P>0.05).Strain HH7 significantly stimulated increase of the SIgA,anti-inflammatory factor IL-2 and IL-10 content(P<0.05,P<0.01),significantly decrease of the proinflammatory factor TNF-a,NF-?B,iNOS content(P<0.05,P<0.01),the proinflammatory factors IL-6,IL-8,JNK and AP-1 had no significant effect(P>0.05).Strain AS8 significantly stimulated increase of the SIgA,anti-inflammatory factors IL-2,IL-10 content(P<0.05,P<0.01),the proinflammatory factor TNF-?,IL-6,IL-8,iNOS,JNK and AP-1 had no significant effect(P>0.05).Three test strains had a certain effect on intestinal immunity in mice, and they had strain specificity.LX5 and HH7 all had anti-inflammatory effect, and the anti-inflammatory effect of strain HH7 was better than that of strain LX5.5.Strain HH7 was identified as Lactobacillus casei.Strain LX5 was identified as Lactobacillus paracasei.Strain AS8 was identified as Enterococcus faecium.6.The intestine of mice by gavage AS8 were detected by electron microscopy scanning. Results showed that the intestinal villi was out of order, tearing, lodging, withered shape, bare porous in intestinal wall. The intestine of mice by gavage AS8 were damaged. It showed that strain AS8 had some security issues.
