The fruit of Illicium verum, also known as star anise, which mainly grown in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,is a traditional spice and medical plant.Illicium verum contains plenty of physiologyically active compounds including volatile components, organic acid, flavonoids, glycosides, triterpenes, inorganic ions and so on.Modern medical studies have been shown it has effect on antibacterial, antioxidant, fatigue resistance. There has been a lot of literature about the chemical constituents of the Illicium verum endophytic fungi, but few related research reports. Two strains of Illicium verum endophytic fungi were collected, including flvC 1211?fIvC1217.They were incubated on solid state fermentation for 30 days at 28?.The thalus were soaked in methanol or ethyl acetate three times and filtered through cheesecloth. The soaking liquid was concentrated below 45 ? by rotary evaporator to get the crude extract.Sixteen compounds were isolated by column chromatography, recrystallization,Sephadex LH-20 on silica gel and HPLC.Based on the spectroscopic analysis(IR?UV?EI-MS?ESI-MS?1H NMR?13C NMR)and comprared with the references, the structure of nine compounds had been identified, which are heptadecanoic acid, tearic acid,9-hexadecenoic acid,salicid,sitosterol,7-hydroxy coumarin,succinic,1,8-dihydroxy-3-methyl-anthraquinone,gallic acid.Nine compounds which are from Two strains of Illicium verum endophytic fungi were choosed for virtual screening.Six targets related to compounds were Thymidine kinase,Cytochrome P450 1A2,DNA topoisomerase 2-alpha,Heat shock 70 kDa protein 1,Carbonyl reductase[NADPH]3.These results are good to theoretical guidance for explaning mechanism of active pharmacologically compounds.
