With the development of social economy and human science technology,electric power equipment microwave,radio waves have been used widely,they produceelectromagnetic radiation inevitably.Electromagnetic radiation energy and density increases sharply,the influence of electromagnetic pollution is also increasingly prominent.The electricity intensity of industrial and agricultural increases,the load degree increase year by year,which making the construction of power transmission and transformation equipment become a major subject of concern.Substation is an important and indispensable role in power system,It is laden with heavy tasks of power conversion and power redistribution,it plays an important role in power system operation and safety.The power frequency electromagnetic field which substation generates at run-time can produce induced current in the human body,to prevent adverse effects on the human body,we need to control the induced electromagnetic field intensity under threshold.therefore,the assessment of electromagnetic environment impact arises at the historic moment.We should make electromagnetic environment impact assessment well before the power transmission andtransformation infrastructure construction to ensure that the project design and construction meets national standard avoiding adverse effects on the surrounding environment and its inhabitants.Lanzhou north 330 KV substation 110 KV output engineering is a hub substation of north grid in the east of Lanzhou,filling the vacancy,being addition to the 110 KV power gridand making 110 KV switching station in the northeast in the true sense.The construction of this engineering not only optimizesLanzhou east power grid structure,reduces power supply radius,decreases network loss,but also makes the power supply area partition is more reasonable.After the completion of the substation,it is one of the main power sources of Lanzhou east grid and it would make a integration optimization for the east of Lanzhou power grid.The operation will be more flexible and power supply will be more reliable,power supply ability will be stronger,at the same time enhances the ability of load transfer when accident cases occur.At present,China's legal system and environment evaluation system is improving gradually.It has made a great contribution to reasonable urban planning,sustainable use of resources and reduction of environmental pollution.This article use the theoretical research and case analysis method to study the environmental impact assessment methods and index system,and make concrete implementation in Lanzhou north 330 KV 110 KV substation project environmental impact assessment.Make assessment of electromagnetic environment intensively.In addition,considering the comprehensive nature of the environmental impact assessment,this paper also involves the ecological environment,water environment,soil environmental impactassessment of the substation and transmission line.
