This article selected the technological parameters in the cleaning section,and the removal of the grain polluted by fungus was achieved,finally making the vomiting toxins content of wheat flour meet the requirement of limitation.Moreover,ozone with the strong oxidation could auxiliary degrade vomiting toxins in wheat processing technology,and finally according to the removal degree of the wheat grain infected by fungus and vomiting toxins in the cleaning section,the processing technology of the wheat of Fuarium head blight was designed.The processing technology could achieve 78.9% toxin removal rate,but be harmful to the colour and lustre of wheat flour,dough thews,however mixing powder processing could make up the defect.The article shows as follows:(1)Reduction effectiveness of specific gravity separation on the wheat infected by fungus in wheat of Fusarium head blight was significant,but the reduction effectiveness of toxin was different based on different parameters of separation equipment on the wheat of Fusarium head blight,and the maximum toxin reduction rate reached 74.1%.The specific gravity separation made the wheat infected by fungus focus in the light wheat grains,making the toxins content exceed the original average content of processing wheat,and the highest toxins content reached(6.66±0.16)mg/kg,however the toxins content of not infected wheat grain achieved the lowest content that was(0.74±0.01)mg/kg.(2)The maximum toxin reduction rate of applying wheat color separator to ruduce the toxins in the wheat of Fusarium head blight reached 59.0%,and the toxin content of not infected wheat separating from the wheat of Fusarium head blight was only(0.89±0.01)mg/kg.(3)After the adjustment of wheat,ozone with strong oxidation was applied in the wheat of Fusarium head blight processing technology and its degradation effectiveness of vomiting toxins was very significant that its maximum degradation rate reached 35.8%.According to the removal effectiveness of infected wheat and vomiting toxins in the wheat of Fusarium head blight,the wheat of Fusarium head blight processing technology was designed,thus providing the possibility in application of vomiting toxins degradation for the grain food processing industry and a certain way to solve the current difficult problem that was application and processing of the wheat of Fusarium head blight.
