Nano electronic components have unique advantages,such as small size,low power consumption,sensitive reaction,and so on.but,they also need to be equipped with a smallvolume of the same size of the nano generator to make these devices automated,it can absorb energy from the surrounding working environment and convert it to the electrical energy for the working of nano devices.In this case,the nano components can achieve energy self-sufficiency,then those components can work for a longer time.Computer simulation studies have indicated that water molecules can pass through the hollow carbon nanotubes under the external field,when carbon nanotubes are filled with water molecules,electric field applied.on the carbon nanotube at both ends,because of the interaction between the dipole of the water molecule and the carrier on the wall of the carbon nanotube,the directional movement of the carrier can be driven by the electric field,and the water molecules in the carbon nanotube can be driven to generate directional transport;Alike,the directional transport of water molecules in carbon nanotubes will cause the motion of the carriers on the carbon nanotubes.The electric energy can be generated on the carbon nano tube.it can meet the demand for nano devices,so we just need to find a way to drive the directional flow of water molecules in carbon nanotube do,these issues should be smoothly done or easily solved.Studies in recent years shown that when we apply some kind of external force to the non symmetry of the wall of the pipe wall,water molecules confined in carbon nanotubes may appear some kind of orderly behavior.Inspired from the biological molecular pathway model,Based on the hypothesis,the experimental model of the periodicity of the carbon nano plates connected by the tapered carbon nanotubes has being constructed.the center carbon atoms of carbon plate can up and down to driven water molecules transport in the pipe instand of external non-equilibrium fluctuations.Using molecular dynamics simulation method,by changing the carbon atomic vibration frequency,vibration amplitude,and the simulation of temperature and other parameters,directional transport of water molecules confined in carbon nanotubes was found in the process of simulation.Last,we analyzed the density radial distribution of water molecules in different regions,the average hydrogen bond,free energy,in order to understand of the transport mechanism of water molecules in nano channel.
