The Research On Classification Management Of Household Garbage In Dongxihu District Of Wuhan

Since the reform and opening up, China's economic and social development has made remarkable achievements, the urbanization has been accelerating, and the living standards of residents have been improved,household garbage output also increased,garbage siege increasingly prominent.Improper disposal of household garbage will pollute groundwater, soil and air environment,waste of resources,directly affect the sustainable development of urban ecology,society and economy.Implementation of household garbage output,realize recycling resource recycling of household garbage,promote the household garbage harmless disposal is the priority of the urban development.Dongxihu District of Wuhan household garbage classification management pilot work has just started,combined with the reality of Dongxihu household garbage classification management, find out the problems and reasons of Dongxihu household garbage classification management,worked out the corresponding countermeasures,is a problem which the Dongxihu District of Wuhan city managers need to think seriously and solve.On the basis of studying the current situation of domestic household classification management and summarizing the experience of domestic household classification management,by using the theory of public goods, externality theory, new public management theory and the circulation economic theory and other related theories,tries to put forward targeted,workable concrete countermeasures,promotes the further development of classification management of household garbage in Dongxihu District of Wuhan.
