Since China joined the WTO,domestic commodities have entered the market circulation directly.And the enterprise management is decided by the market competition.Cigarette is a special commodity with a long history of market competition.In response to the increasing challenge and pressure of market competition,tobacco companies have spent lots of human resources and material resources to continuously improve their product quality,and establish a good market reputation.The process control of tobacco cutting,which is an important factor in cigarette quality,requires a reliable and automatic tobacco transmission system to improve the product technical index.According to the opportunity of the new pneumatic cut tobacco feeding systems in a large domestic cigarette factory development project,this paper analyzed and explored the problem of the old cut tobacco pneumatic feeding systems fully in that the stable of the system is weak,and tobacco process is declined in transportation etc.used the method of empirical research,exploration research,experience summary etc,according to the control technology theory that used in the new pneumatic cut tobacco feeding systems for research and design,The main work and results are as follows:1.The design of the overall structure for pneumatic cut tobacco feeding systems.It has Combined with the production process of pneumatic feeding systems,aimed at making double ring redundancy structure of the network,dividing into the device control layer,centralizing monitoring layer in logical hierarchical of the control systems come ture;at the same time,analysising and designing the detail of the logical hierarchy to improve the reliability and stability of control systems.2.Analysis and design of the main control function module in the new pneumatic cut tobacco feeding systems.Through proposing the concept of local centralized control,and in basing on principle of PID control,analysising and designing the main control function in the system has achieved the function of tobacco supply and demand match,air leakage compensation,tobacco density compensation,prevent tobacco jam.has solved effectively for the problem of the wind speed unstable and tobacco made broken rate high in the pneumatic cut tobacco feeding system,has improved the stability in the process of wind sent tobacco.3.Optimization design for the pipe network of the pneumatic cut tobacco feeding systems.By analysising the problems of the pipeline for tobacco,and Combining with network optimal path selection algorithm,to optimize the design of the pipe network of the new pneumatic cut tobacco feeding systems,so as to realize the flexibility to switch cut tobacco brands,and meet the needs of flexible production.Finally,the author has made the summary of the dissertation,and further proposed some prospects for future technological application and developmental direction of the new pneumatic cut tobacco feeding systems.
