Coiling is the last process during producing hot rolled strip,so the coiling technology determines the quality of final products.Constant tension control is the core technology during coiling,to ensure coiling control system's good performance,the key is to improve the performance of coiling machine tension control system,make sure constant tension roiling meanwhile reduce tension fluctuation.First,this paper is based on a simulated coiling control system in the laboratory,which can be divided into two parts,one is constant tension control system of coiling machine,the other is simulated coiling system.Constant tension control system includes motion controller,S120 inverter and synchronous motor,which can ensure the possibility of constant tension coiling in simulated site.Simulated coiling system is a design control system in the core of DSP chip and servo motor is its actuator.Taking inverter and motion controller as its constant power control system,synchronous motor loaded current initiatively;direct circuit current can vary according to actual working procedure of coiling machine.This paper is written based on coiling control system in a steel plant;the writer went to plant to know whole process of coiling by study and investigation,further analyze detailed coiling process via collecting site data.Second,set up a constant tension control system based on current equipments in the laboratory,simotionD controller is the core control of system,writer will analyze its working principle meanwhile write programs of motion controller and select coiling and tension control via testing software SCOUT.This paper will adopt S120 inverter to finish speed governing of synchronous motor.SimontionD,SOUT and S120 compose coiling tension control system.Third,set up simulated coiling load system,design system's hardware and soft ware,finish parameter configuration of servo driver.The last but not least,this paper verifies designing coiling controller is feasible and accord with site working process by integrated coiling constant tension control system and simulated coiling system and collecting experimental data.
