As an important part of environmental protection,sewage treatment has important status all over the world.For sewage treatment research uninterrupted,the research of sewage treatment method in the continuously improve,the efficiency of wastewater treatment in constant improvement.Sewage treatment is an significant issue in the modern times.With the development of wastewater treatment technology,it mainly includes three categories: physical treatment,biological treatment and chemical treatment.In the process of sewage treatment,different treatment methods for different objects.In order to meet the increasing needs of people,Guangxi,a company has also strengthened the research and development of sewage treatment system.A set of qualified sewage treatment system,its operation must be stable enough to minimize its consumption of human resources,since the ability to deal with failure,and the most important point,the final discharge of wastewater must meet the national standards.This subject is designed to meet the requirements of 30000 cubic meter industrial waste water treatment in a factory.Siemens S7-300 PLC is used as the slave computer,and the industrial sewage treatment automatic control system is supervised by the communication connection of Ethernet.The system has the following characteristics:1.The system can control the dosing flow by controlling the frequency of dosing pump,finally,achieve Fenton treatment.2.The system uses PID control,can be self-adjusted and set the dosing level,liquid level and other parameters to maintain the same,to achieve truely automatic control.3.The system realizes the backup switching function through software compilation.In some industrial control equipment problems,in order to maintain the normal operation of the system,the system will automatically switch to spare equipment to work.4.In order to eliminate the influence of the fluctuation of the liquid level on the operation of the control system,anti fluctuation design is carried out.5.The system through the WINCC software configuration,realizing the device configuration,the database and monitoring screen configuration,the historical data record,the remote control of the whole system operation.The system realize,primely,humen-computer interaction.In this system,the Fenton treatment is a very critical component of the process,in the article will be a detailed technical introduction.
