With the acceleration of urban development, urban wastewater is also increasing emissions, the pollution of urban sewage components are becoming increasingly complex. In order to effectively achieve the sewage treatment technology to allow continuous and stable operation of the system to ensure the effluent quality standards, intelligent, automated technology as the key to treatment.In this paper, the Sewage Treatment Plant Project in HAINAN Province QINGLAN as backgraund, Incorporation with sewage treatment craft, fully considered in the automatic control system, the role of instrumentation in the line, and in the use of PLC as the controller will be the basis for field bus and Ethernet technology into the automatic control system of wastewater treatment.By analyzing the development of the wastewater treatment control system at home and abroad, an overall program about the control system of the Sewage Treatment Plant Project in HAINAN Province QINGLAN is brought forward. The system uses the form of centralized management and decentralized control. The control scheme of IPC+PLC and communication network scheme of PROFBUS Fieldbus+Ethernet fibre-optic ring network is adopted in this system. Monitoring system located in the control room of the sewage treatment plant office building. It is achieved by the monitoring system that the collection and monitoring process parameters, the analysis and processing of datas, remote monitoring core equipment. According to the various sub-station technical requirements and design principles, Described the basic function of the three sub-stations (grille and foul water hoists a pump house, CAST pool, the dehydration workshop) respectively, determine the hardware configuration of each sub-station according to the singnal points of each sub-station and communication requirements. Fiber industrial Ehternet is used as the backbone of the wastewater treatment. The connection of the terminal is achieved by the network switches. Consider the future of enterprise information management network construction, expansion and network connectivity for its left interface. In the local control area, use the fieldbus to achieve the communication between PLC and intelligent controller.Drawings of the control system of the Sewage Treatment Plant Project in HAINAN Province QINGLAN based on this paper have been reviewed by experts. The selected site has been leveled, the main equipments have been determined. Relevant drainage pipes have been laid. This project has been in the beginning of construction phase. All of above justify the feasibility and advantage of the program in this paper.
