Water pollution has gradually become a prominent problem in the process of social and economic development in China.Scientific treatment of sewage produced by people's production and life has become a very urgent work in the current social development.In recent years,the international community has attached great importance to the problem of water pollution,has carried on the research and the practice in the sewage treatment,the sewage treatment automation control aspect,has also constructed the relatively perfect sewage treatment system.At home,our governments at all levels have also raised the awareness of the importance of sewage treatment,not only to strengthen the publicity in protecting the water environment and sewage treatment,but also to further develop and build sewage treatment plants and sewage treatment automation control.With more and more attention to environmental protection and sewage treatment in China,the domestic sewage treatment technology research and application,sewage treatment project construction and other aspects have increased efforts,effectively promote the development of sewage treatment,improve the level of sewage treatment technology and practical application results.In this paper,the research on sewage treatment technology and automatic control system design is very important for the upgrading of sewage treatment technology and the improvement of sewage treatment efficiency in China.Moreover,on the basis of intelligent control strategy,the analysis and design of sewage treatment automation control system can not only effectively improve the efficiency and level of sewage treatment,but also ensure the quality of sewage treatment.Optimize the whole process of sewage treatment.According to the existing sewage treatment process and the design method of sewage treatment control system,this paper develops and designs the sewage treatment automation control system.Automatic control system of sewage treatment mainly selects industrial control computer as the upper computer of the whole control system,and realizes the connection between the upper computer and the lower computer of the control system through the PROFIBUS network.For the upper computer of sewage treatment automation control system,the configuration design of the control system is mainly combined with the MCGS configuration software to realize the design of the upper computer monitoring system.For the lower computer,the software program design of each control function of sewage treatment automation control system is carried out with Step7 software.In the automatic control system ofsewage treatment,adaptive fuzzy PID control is mainly used to realize the fuzzy control of dissolved oxygen,which can not only improve the effect of sewage treatment,but also reduce the energy consumption of sewage treatment.This paper combines the MATLAB simulation system to realize the fuzzy processing of PID parameters,dissolved oxygen concentration deviation e? deviation rate by directly calling the membership function.In the process of sewage treatment,the air is instilled into the biochemical tank by blower to realize the transportation of dissolved oxygen in the biochemical tank.In the aspect of dissolved oxygen regulation control,the air instilled into the biochemical tank is controlled mainly by the way of blower speed regulation.With the increase of blower power,the more dissolved oxygen in biochemical tank.In the sewage treatment control system,the actual dissolved oxygen detection is compared with the system setting parameters,and the fuzzy controller is used to calculate,so as to control the frequency converter to adjust and control the blower power.Complete the fuzzy control of dissolved oxygen.
