Research On Product Configuration Design Method Of Office Chair Based On Customer Requirement

At present,a lot of office chair industry is the traditional labor-intensive enterprises,which has longer product development cycle,decentralized design resources,lower experience reuse and slow response to customers.Introducing the configuration design method into the office chair design,which played a significant role in improving the production efficiency of enterprises and reducing development costs.With fully analyzing the requirement of customers as the prerequisite,this thesis integrated design related technology and resources,proposed a reasonable configuration design method and achieved Fast Computer Aided Configuration Design of office chair products.The main work is as follows.1.According to the characteristics of customer requirement,based on the product-level customer demand classification model,created an office chair customer de mand classification tree,and achieved the conversion of customer requirement,through the method of establishing customer requirement description mechanism and rule-based demand mapping.2.Based on the structural analysis of office chair products,the object-oriented method was used to classify the design knowledge,which also was expressed by reasonable method and created a case-base of office chair on the basis of relational database.3.According to the characteristics of the office chair product family,a configuration model was proposed for office chair products based on EER(Extend Entity-Relationship Model).According to the characteristics of configuration model,using the configuration solution method based on combination of case and rule,and practiced applied in the picking up similar case,module configuration and configurable properties configuration process,finally used fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to filter configuration scheme,and get the best one.4.According to the research of configuration design theory,method mentioned earlier,a office chair configuration design system for customer requirement was developed,and the feasibility of the previous research method was verified by the example.Through the configuration design method in the research and application of office chair design,the key technology in the process was specifically analyzed,and built prototype system,which laid the foundation for further research.
