In the chemistry company,there are a large number of equipments employeed to manufacture productions and obtain economic benefits for the enterprise.Due to the difference between the design and operation conditions,sometimes it is difficult to get the operation region of those equipment hoped that the economic benefits of the enterprises can be improved without replacing the production equipment.Therefore it becomes necessary to calibrate the performance of existing equipment,understand the working condition of the equipment and put forward reasonable suggestions.The main work of this paper includes the following aspects: 1.Analyzing the field data of distillation system and then obtain data from steady states.Research object is distillation tower equipments: thermosiphon reboiler,condenser and vacuum system,mechanism modeling and variable analysis of the three sets of equipment.2.Establish the model calculation process to make the structure diagram of the variables are analyzed,through the optimization model of parameter estimation,and the values are compared to check the field data and model simulation,the model has accuracy and further analysis.3.Using the model to optimize the operation,select the appropriate operating variables and target variables to make the operating area,so as to understand the performance of the device and visualization of the operation of the device.
