Now the environmental problem is the main issue of all countries.Our country strongly promotes the green coal chemical industry,clean and efficient coal utilization technology.The coal gasification is one of the clean and efficient utilization technologi;it is a hot technology and an important direction for coal resources utilization all over the world However,the new coal gasification technology is immature;there are some questions in industrial production.The research object of this paper is the GSP pulverized coal gasifier,studying the influence of gasification combined nozzle on the gasification characteristics,analysising the thermal and thermal stress,analysising the difference between UDF and the standard model.Due to coal gasification operation at high temperature and pressure,its high cost and risk,thus the study uses CFD technology.Based on ANSYS/Fluent,a steady three dimensional multiphase flow model was established,using Euler-Lagrangian theory,using the Species Transport model to couple interaction between turbulent and chemical reaction,using the realizable k-? model to simulate the gas phase turbulence,using the P-1 model to simulate the radial heat transfer process,using the DPM model to simulate the coal particles motion.In addition,useing Fluent and Mechanical software to simulate thermal stress and the thermal stress of cooling water jacket under different condition.(1)According to the simulation of GSP gasification process under different swirling number,it can been found the S= 1.11 that flow field distribution inside the gasifier is well-distributed;(2)Using the UDF programming method,the boundary conditions and the process definition can quickly solve problem.However,using UDF simulation can obtain more accurate fluid turbulence information;(3)The maximum thermal stress and the high temperature are concentrated at the outer comer of the nozzle,so more consideration should be taken on the temperature control at that position.
