Host-guest chemistry is an important field of supramolecular chemistry,molecular switches and host-guest chemistry is one of the important application,built on the molecular level,a reversible process with the special natural changes in environmental conditions change,and environmental analysis aspect,microscopy has played an important role.After synthesis of aromatics from biphenyl,We have studied host-guest recognition alkylated biphenyl aromatics,got some bonding object data,Column Column aromatic hydroxyl-substituted aromatic contrast with an alkyl substituted hydroxy we can find a better bond with the object,After we alkylated biphenyls modified to give the hydroxy-substituted aromatic biphenyl,Molecular switch is a very good application in host-guest chemistry.It is defined as a reversible process built on molecular level accompanied by special nature with the change of the ambient conditions.It has played a prominent role in areas of environmental analysis,microscopy techniques and so on.In this dissertation,we designed a pH-sensitive Biphen[4]arenes based rotaxane molecular switch.Biphen[n]arenes and some guests,and investigated their molecular recognition behavior.The main contents are summarized as follows:(1)To design and exploit novel macrocyclic synthetic receptors is a permanent and challenging topic in supramolecular chemistry.Hitherto,most of the macrocyclic arenes are based on mono-benzene and mono-heterocycle units.We attempted to design a new macrocycle based two-benzene unit.Luckly,we found the synthesis,structures,and molecular binding behavior of a new family of macrocyclic arenes,which are made up of 4,4'-biphenol or 4,4'-biphenol mether units linked by methylene bridges at the 3-and 3'-positions.The host-guest chemistry of MeBP3 and MeBP4 was then investigated.The study found that a hydroxyl group has a large effective cavity substituted biphenyl[4]Aromatics Co ferrocenium cation object cooperation with the strongest bond;Compared to the positive ion of the object,the object and the bonding capacity of the neutral body is weak.This is the first on-hydroxybiphenyl[4]arene of the main properties of the object reported.(2)Numerous external stimuli such as temperature-change,PH-change,redox,and light have been utilized in this process.Among them,PH stimulus is of special interest because it can work rapidly and efficiently.However,currently only reported column[5,6]arene formation of pH-responsive molecular switch,so we assume biphenyls[4]arene and the object can effectively complex and in the formation of acid-base regulation of molecular switches.We chose N,N'-dimethyl ferrocenium hexafluorophosphate acetate as the object studied by high resolution mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance 1H NMR experiments show biphenyls[4]arene and the object can take place key cooperation use,and in the case of changing the pH of the main object can be spontaneous dissociation and re-assembly,which is based on first-hydroxybiphenyl[4]arene molecular switches studies have reported the formation at a pH change.
