Ceramic tile, as a decorative material used in modern daily life, has been the focus of attention, it is also an important index to measure the durability of ceramic tiles. In actual production. The bending resistance of the ceramic tiles produced by the test machine needs to be tested on the folding machine to verify whether it can meet the requirements of practical application.The traditional use of folding machine is self-made equipment, rough, error, manual operation, difficult to implement technical standards. To this end, the ceramic tile bending test requires more accurate and more automated equipment. The material resistance testing machine of foreign countries has been developing towards intelligence, integration and digitalization. However, the development of the test machine in our country is relatively slow, compared with the foreign testing machine, the level of our country is still relatively backward. Therefore, according to GB/T 3810.4 - 2006 "test method of ceramic tiles - Part fourth: Determination of" 10545-4:1994 and ISO "ceramic tiles Part fourth rupture modulus and breaking strength: Determination of modulus of rupture and breaking strength",the paper presents a new type of ceramic tile anti bending testing machine, based on the high speed mixed signal microcontroller Atemga64 as the main control system, using virtual instrument development platform Labwindwos/CVI for control system programming, the operation is simple, the control process is more intelligent, automatic, and the test result is more accurate.In addition, the anti bending test machine loading force value of the process also need accurate control, load process to be smooth, the load force value to be uniform. Fuzzy PID technology combines fuzzy technology and PID technology, the fuzzy rules are used to adjust the parameters online, and the modified PID technique is used to adjust the parameters in real time. The high precision frequency correction pulse width modulation(PWM) technique is used to control the stepping motor, and the loading process is completed.Based on the detection principle of the new ceramic tile anti bending test and the USART drive interface, a test system of ceramic tile anti bending test based on micro controller and virtual instrument development platform Labwindows/CVI was constructed.The utility model makes up the defects of the old ceramic tile folding machine, the error of the detection data is large, the speed range is small, and the control precision is low,through the application of the market in recent years shows that the system is reliable and stable, the loading rate of control force value processing capability of high detection precision and super data. It makes up for the shortage of the old ceramic tile testing system.
