In the process of parallelization of the national economy and high-speed urbanization,the living standards of rural residents and cities have been continuously improved and common prosperity has been achieved.At the same time,the natural environment and socio-economic development have exposed a lot of obvious or potential problems The In recent years,farmers' production and living on the living environment of different resources of the production and consumption levels have undergone significant changes in the changes also continue to improve the rural energy consumption structure.The focus of research on energy output and consumption in China is to explore the choice and utilization of energy for farmers in rural life.The number and output of biological resources and energy consumed by rural residents in rural life have led to the energy structure,Which has a certain impact on the coordination and sustainable development of the natural environment and socio-economic conditions in rural areas.It also poses a threat to the development process of the surrounding areas and cities in the countryside and seriously hinders the energy planned by the state,The implementation of environmental policy to limit the development of the country in the international.At present,there are many aspects of energy consumption in rural areas,but there is little research on the supply and demand balance of rural production and living energy,which is mainly reflected in the quantitative analysis of the balance between production and consumption of farmers in biological and energy.This paper studies the ecological footprint of farmers in Datong coal mine area,and analyzes the background,significance and technical route of farmer's ecological footprint.The research progress of ecological footprint method at home and abroad is discussed.Energy output and energy level analysis;quantitative analysis of the ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity of farmers in Datong miningarea;based on the analysis results,the development of farmers ecological footprint sustainable development of effective ways.The results show that:(1)In this paper,the farmer of resource-based cities is selected as the research object.The per capita ecological footprint of farmers in Datong mining area is 5.350892 hm2 / person in 2016,the per capita ecological carrying capacity is 0.392410304 hm2 / person,the per capita ecological deficit is4.95848hm2 / Human,ecological sustainability index of 0.9317.(2)Through the calculation of the ecological footprint,it can be concluded that the ecological footprint of the farmer's productive land in the renewable part accounts for 34% of the region's renewable area,and its contribution to the regional ecological carrying capacity is not significant,but it can not be neglected.The ecological footprint model can objectively reflect the ecological carrying capacity of the region,and quantitatively reflect the human output and consumption of resources in the process of regional development,so as to more accurately reflect the relationship between human social production activities and natural resources,and National or regional sustainable development.(3)from the calculation results can promote the sustainable development of Datong mining area to develop a reasonable policy,Datong mining government should vigorously protect the quantity and quality of arable land to ensure that the regional ecological carrying capacity does not decline;moderate control of non-renewable resources,mining and protection,To reduce the regional ecological footprint;combined with Yungang Grottoes,Jinhua Palace coal mine and other advantages of tourism resources and business development,the appropriate extension of the production chain of resources,increase the value of export products,greatly enhance the regional economic development value-added space;The development and utilization of renewable energy,change the energy consumption structure of farmers,improve the employment opportunities of farmers,so that the ecological footprint of energy resources is reduced to ensure the sustainable development of farmers in Datong mining area.
