The traditional protective coating can not perfectly protect the electric devices .The reason is that the static electricity generated by the system can not be derived in time, resulting in the accumulation of charge in the coating and the surface of the device, when the charge accumulated to a certain extent,there may be a discharge phenomenon , And even cause damage to the device.Therefore, in the protection of live parts, not only requires protective coating with excellent corrosion resistance, but also must have a certain conductivity.In this paper, epoxy resin with excellent protective properties as the base resin,through the addition of conductive carbon black and new anti-corrosion filler titanium phosphate prepared excellent protection performance, excellent conductivity of the new anti-corrosion coating. The main inquiry work is as follows:The coating of 7wt% conductive carbon black with conductivity of 1.85E-3S / cm was used as the conductive system in this paper by comparing the influence of different contents of conductive carbon black on the conductivity and mechanical properties of the coating. The results of EIS test showed that the coating stability of 7wt% conductive carbon black coating is better when immersed in brine (3.5wt%) for 165d.The effect of new environmentally friendly anticorrosive filler titanium phosphate on the coating performance was studied. The results showed that when the addition amount of titanium phosphate is 4wt%, the coating performance is the best, and the conductivity of the coating changes to 6.5E-4S / cm, but the coating needs to meet the requirements. After the immersion, the low-frequency impedance modulus decreased from 7.14 ×108?· cm2 to 1.72 × 108? · cm2, and the coating resistance Rc and the coating resistance Qc changed smoothly and the stability of the coating was improved obviously.The surface modification of titanium phosphate powder was carried out by coupling agent KH-550. FTIR results showed that KH-550 can be successfully grafted onto the surface of titanium phosphate. TEM results showed that the presence of coupling agent significantly improves the dispersibility of the filler in the matrix resin. A small amount of surface modified titanium phosphate (2wt%) will make the coating mechanical properties to achieve the best and excellent conductivity, conductivity increased to 7.55E-4 S / cm. The results showed that the corrosion resistance of 2wt% modified titanium phosphate coating was the best, and the low-frequency impedance of the coating was decreased after immersed for a long time. However, decreasing amplitude is not obvious just up and down,and the stability of the coating was excellent...
