The energy structure of our country is rich in coal,clean coal conversions become a priority among priorities of the adjustment of energy structure.In this paper,the author Hualu-Hengsheng more than 10 years,analyzes the existing problems of the development of the system,the technical transformation of the gasification system,the optimization of the ash water treatment system,and the development of the production system.Can transform the many bottlenecks facing,laid the foundation for the transformation of the technology involved.The operation time of the equipment was improved from 6-8 months to 14-16 months.The technological transformation of the coal gasification burner was carried out,Gap,greatly slow down the burner end ablation rate,burner operating cycle from 40-50 days to 80 days,the longest running record of 107 days,due to burner leak problem basically solved;A furnace type,The nozzle position and structure design and transformation,the original design for the four nozzle opposite structure,low load operation,vault erosion,short operating period,redesigned to change the top spray structure,single fu11ace load increases from 36 m3/h to 45 m3/h,the production capacity increased by 25%;for the second ash water system without spare,large load,the flash tank frequent overpressure and other issues,through the second phase,the expansion of ash water can effectively solve the design defects of the original system,while replacing the ash water system of the structure and material of the valve,making its operating cycle increased to 18 months.
