In recent years,with the rapid development of industries,our country is facing the increasing threat of the harmful gas to the environment in our daily life.Due to their own characteristics,gas sensors and electrospinning technology has been widely applied to detection and separation in various fields.In order to meet the need of multi-functional electronic,it is urgent to fabricate a kind of electronic equipment,which is new-style flexible,thinnest and wearable.The study includes two aspects,which are the network fiber structure and the choice of excellent optical electronics properties materials.The specific contents and the conclusions are as follows:(1)The transparent and conductive nanocomposite films based on carbon nanotubes were fabricated by physical vapor deposition.The coating process parameters of carbon nanotube were optimized.This study researches the response of Carbon Nanotubes/Polypyrrole and Carbon Nanotubes/Polyaniline nanometer network films to ammonia sensitivity,and we find that the CNT/PANI nanocomposite films had more effective sensitivity and recovery than the CNT/PPy nanocomposites films.It provides a basis for further study of conductive polymer nanocomposites with low detection limits.(2)The transparent and conductive Carbon Nanotubes/Polyaniline nanocomposite films were fabricated by in-situ polymerization.Here,the interconnected nanocomposite network of polyaniline(PAN I)nanoparticle-coated carbon nanotube(CNT)and PANI nanofiber is fabricated by adding ammonium persulfate into CNT-containing aniline solution for PANI polymerization and film deposition.The film is assembled as high-sensitive ammonia sensors,exhibiting highly sensitive NH3 sensing from 200 ppb to 50 ppm,fast response/recovery time,room-temperature operation without external aid,reliable flexibility and excellent selectivity to NH3 compared to other volatile organic compounds.(3)The PAN nanofibers films were fabricated by electrospinning technology for detecting formaldehyde and filtrating PM2.5.In this study,the PAN nanofiber is a two-dimensional spider-web-like nano-net,which has the high sensitivity and selectivity to NH3.The concentration range of detection of the formaldehyde was 50 ppb to 5 ppm,and the capture efficiency of PM2.5 was up to 89%.The nano-fiber film has a high transmittance,which can be applied to fire clothes,indoor screens window and other harmful gas detection and filtration.
