In this paper, the key technical parameters of media control for the preservation environment, such as temperature, humidity, gas and anticorrosion, are studied in this paper.The coupling effect of the reservoirs and reservoirs is determined, and the humidity and gas synergy optimization technology system is constructed. It solves the technical problems such as single function of traditional preservation, serious dehydration, frequent humidification, poor air tightness and complicated operation. In this study,cherry tomatoes and potatoes were used as materials, and the storage and preservation of phase temperature depots were optimized by using ordinary cold store and controlled atmosphere library as the control. It was found that the phase temperature depot had excellent preservation effect on stored fruits and vegetables. Significantly better than the cold storage and air-conditioned library. The results are as follows:1. Phase temperature library with jacketed sub-library design,sub-library heat transfer is not airtight, the humidity of the sub-library will not be passed to the parent library, the library to maintain a stable humidity, air-tight moisturizing, Ventilated, inner sets of perforated plastic large accounts, sub-library small fluctuations in humidity and basic stability, to achieve the effect of constant humidity. The humidity distribution in the sub-storehouse is uniform, and the maximum humidity difference in the same height plane is?±3.8%,the difference of the humidity of the same measuring point is S?±1.4% at different height; the evaporator condensation Frost is low, 30d, the average amount of condensation condensation 3.16L, frost than ordinary cold storage 78.5% less. Compared with the other three types of library, the phase temperature library was more suitable for cherry tomatoes than that of the other three types of library. Through the research on the storage and preservation effect of the phase-temperature storage, it is found that the storage and preservation effect of phase-temperature storage is much higher than that of ordinary cold storage and controlled atmosphere storage.
