Acrylonitrile is an important monomer of three synthetic materials.Part of the control loop fluctuations affecting unit production of stationary at Anqing Petrochemical acrylonitrile unit.Using of APC-Suite advanced control software to reduce the fluctuations of control loop.Advanced control system of the acrylonitrile unit was based on the thought of predictive control.Predictive control is one of the advanced control algorithms,dynamic matrix predictive control algorithm is a classical algorithm.This paper consists of application of advanced control technology and theoretical studies.In application research,we have analyzed the relevance of internal units and their mutual units which combined with the technological staff and operator's long-term experience in production.After accomplished preliminary research,testing and modeling,controller design,commissioning and trial operation,we were gradually completed the acrylonitrile unit advanced control system with APC-SUITE software.In the role of advanced control systems,the control of unit operate parameters were stable,fast and accurate.Variable deviation reduced by more than 30%because of improvement of control flatness for key variable.In addition,we've designed and finished the no disturbance safety switching procedure between normal and advanced control system which reduced the labor intensity and brought huge economic benefits.In the study of theory,paper introduced the principle of dynamic matrix control algorithm and proposing the 'Mutative Optimization Strategies'improved algorithm.The simulation analysis indicated feasibility of the improved algorithm in typical control system...
