As China's coal enterprises gradually entered the deep mining stage,the possibility of accidents occurred in the process of coal production is increasing, and the length of underground escape line increases with the mining depth increasing. In order to ensure the underground workers can escape safely in the accident after the disaster, it is essential to improve and establish the emergency system of coal mine.China's construction of coal mine emergency refuge system still has obvious shortcomings, through the analysis of domestic and foreign emergency development and application. First, A brief introduction to the components of the system is given, the emergency safety system of 430 mining area in Tangkou Coal Mine are designed as an example, Mining area location location of permanent asylum cavern, basic structure and function design are in detail design the reasonable selection of temporary asylum cavern is determined According to the explosion shock wave overpressure calculation and personnel evacuation time estimation; this paper establishes the evaluation model of the coal mine emergency refuge system to evaluate the reliability of the system based on the unascertained measure theory, the calculated results are "reliability". This paper makes a deep research on the emergency escape route in the emergency refuge system.the Dijkstra algorithm is chosen as the basic algorithm to realize the optimization of the coal mine emergency escape route by comparing and analyzing the shortest path algorithm; finally, the coal mine emergency refuge information system is designed and developed using Microsoft Visual Basic 6, ArcGis10.2, AutoCAD2008, SQL, Server2008 and other tools, the system regard escape route optimization and visualization as the core, including system management, plan management,disaster path, training and education, combined query , system help six modules.Emergency refuge information system of coal mine with strong practicability can not only be used the implementation of scientific and effective emergency management but also can be used to carry out scientific and intuitive staff training and education, it provide visual information for mine accident emergency rescue and emergency rescue work.
