With the continuous development of the urbanization in our country, the garbage processing equipment has become one of the indispensable key equipment in the construction of urban environmental protection career. Garbage processing equipment can automatically load and compress garbage, and have big loading capacity garbage for ensure high disposal efficiency, and reduce the sanitation workers labors' intensity and avoid waste of the advantages of secondary pollution,etc, for which garbage processing equipment have been extensively used in the refuse transfer station. In view of some disadvantages of the existing waste disposal equipment, which are low efficiency, poor reliability and low degree of automation,this paper designs a new type of portable mobile garbage compressor, which is simple and compact structure, safe and reliable, energy conservation, environmental protection through the investigation of the existing garbage's transport processes and waste disposal equipment's type and the performance and combing with the current market demand.This paper takes the mobile garbage compressor as the research object,according to the working conditions and design requirements, and puts forward the overall design and the design goal, and makes the structure design of lifting reverse mechanism, enclosure and compression device. Using SolidWorks establishes the whole 3D model of the mobile garbage compressor and its main components; The compression device is mainly made the design, which is drawing mechanism motion diagram according to the kinematic scheme and making the analysis of kinematics,dynamics and the synchronization; Using SolidWorks's simulation plug-in Motion carries out simulation analysis on the main executive body movement, and knows the mobile garbage compressor's actuator dynamics, and gets the hydraulic cylinder force curves of lifting flip agencies, compression device and the thrust and the important hinge, which will provide data reference for subsequent structure optimization design; Using finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench analyzes lifting arm of lifting reverse mechanism and the compressive push head of the compression device, and obtains the displacement of distribution state of stress and strain under the corresponding working conditions. According to the analysis results, it is concluded that the stress and strain of the lifting arm are within the scope of the material license and meets the requirement, but maximum stress of the compressive push head is beyond the material the scope of permissible stress, and doesn't meet the requirements, so that it puts forward the improvement plan;According to the actual work needs of mobile garbage compressor, the paper makes hydraulic system design and analysis of the whole machine, and introduces its working principle, then studies and selects hydraulic components and auxiliary components according to the known design parameters.
