Surface temperature measurement are widely used in the field of production technology.Such as machinery,metallurgy,thermal dynamics,environmental technology,material science,microelectronics technology,aerospace technology and Some other high-end technology.In the process of metallurgy continuous casting,continuous casting slab surface temperature will directly determine the quality of continuous casting slab,too high casting billet surface temperature can make the slab producing deformation during cutting,too low casting billet surface temperature will make it difficult for cutting,casting slab surface may also occur crack for a phenomenon.But due to continuous casting slab site conditions exist a large number of water vapor and dust,and the slab surface temperature as high as thousands of degrees Celsius,therefore,ordinary temperature measuring device cannot effectively for continuous casting billet surface temperature measurement.In this paper according to the actual situation to design a set of contact type thermocouple temperature measurement system,system including temperature measuring device and data acquisition of two parts.Contact thermocouple is temperature measurement part,the poles are respectively NiCr and NiSi,namely the type K thermocouple,the poles of the system for data acquisition and recording by VB,adopted ADMA 4017 + module acquisition and serial signal by ADMA 4520 isolation converter conversion.This paper has designed chip thermocouple device and point contact type thermocouple device respectively,and the data processed by origin,on the structure,the response time and error precision,compares the two kinds of thermocouple device analysis.After comparison on structure,point contact type thermocouple device is better than chip thermocouple device;On response time,point contact obvious response is faster than the chip type,but on the error precision,although the two kinds of device error of accuracy is within the scope of the permit,but the error precision of the point contact is lower than the error precision of the chip type.
